Q. What are the shipping costs for the artwork?
A. Shipping is on us, no matter where the artwork is going.
Q. I live in Bolivia. Will the artwork arrive at my home?
A. Yes! We ship worldwide. No matter where you live, you can purchase a piece, and it will be delivered to your home. Once your order is placed and the package is ready, you will receive a tracking code.
Q. Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
A. Yes, and it will be included with the artwork. The certificate has a registered code for authenticity.
Q. How can I purchase an artwork by Andrea?
A. You have several payment options:

- Bank Transfer (recommended)
- SHOP PAY (debit and credit cards)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay

Q. How can I view available artworks?
A. Through the menu, you can browse different collections. You can also FILTER and SORT artworks by AVAILABILITY (In Stock or Sold), PRICE (High to Low), ALPHABETICAL ORDER, and DATE (Oldest to Newest).
Q. Does Andrea take commissions?
A. No. The available artworks are the ones listed on the website. However, if it’s something very special, we might consider it, but in general, Andrea does not take commissions.
Q. How often is new artwork added to the website?
A. Andrea’s latest works are available immediately. Once a series is completed, it is uploaded to the website and available for purchase. We are also cataloging and adding older works over time.
We recommend checking the site frequently, as new works are typically added every week.
Q. Can I buy prints of Andrea’s artworks?
A. No. The artworks on the website are ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECES. Each piece is unique, and reproduction rights belong exclusively to the artist. If you find prints of Andrea’s work on other platforms, they are unauthorized and illegal copies.
Q. I’m interested in an artwork from the website, but it’s already sold. What can I do?
A. Someone beat you to it! Andrea’s works are sold exclusively through the online gallery or after direct communication with the team, meaning someone from anywhere in the world could be purchasing the artwork you love at this very moment. The piece belongs to the first person who completes the purchase.
